Premiums 100% company-paid. Choice of providers, with many in-network options.

Premiums 100% company-paid. Large network of providers for eye exams, lenses, frames, and contacts.

Life, STD & LTD

No cost to employees. 1x base salary for Life Insurance, and 60% of base salary for STD and LTD

401K

Company matches 100% of first 3%, 50% on next 2%
