Real-World Results Start with Real-World Representation
Access to participants across age, gender, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, including communities often missing from research, ensures data reflects real-world populations, giving you accurate, effective, and inclusive science.
CDC-Informed, FDA-Approved Diversity Statistics
- In 2020, only 8% of trial participants were Black vs. 13% in the U.S. – we’re changing that narrative.
- Hispanics account for just 11% of trials but nearly 19% of the U.S. – so we built patient pools that finally balance the scales.
- Across U.S. sites from 2015–19, Black or African American enrollment averaged 16%, Asians just 2% – we go broader, smarter, fairer.
- In pivotal trials for new molecular entities in 2020, 75% of participants were White; only 8% were Black or African American, 11% Hispanic or Latino, and 6% Asian. (Source: Reuters)
- A broader 2015–2019 analysis of U.S. trial sites showed 78% White, 16% Black or African American, 2% Asian, ~0.5% American Indian/Alaska Native; Hispanic/Latino accounted for 15%, noting roughly 9% of ethnicity data was missing. (Source: PMC)
- More recent industry numbers echo those disparities: Black individuals comprise ~8% of trial participants versus 13% in the U.S., and Hispanic/Latino represent 11% versus 19% of the population. (Sourse: contractpharma.com)

Purpose Beyond the Protocol
Physicians Who Made The Leap
“NCR has engaged PIs who are not only world-class surgeons with very busy clinical practices, but they are best-in-class people who truly care. This is why you are different and this is why we will bring innovation to market faster.”
“NCR addresses an unmet need for busy physician practices like mine. We have a large practice, but do not have the resources to do meaningful clinical research to provide innovative solutions to patients across the Central Texas region.”
